Jessica Howard BS, MPH, CPH (she/her/hers) – SMANA Linkedin Private Group Manger and past SMANA External Affairs Coordinator. Experienced Project Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the health and wellness industry. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Youth Work, and Quality Management. Dedicated and innovative team builder with a passion for improving the lives of others. Strong program and project management professional with a Masters of Public Health.I volunteer with SMANA to learn new skills, grow my professional network, and take an active role in supporting the change-makers who advance behavior change for social good.

Meghan Kelly (she/her/hers), manages the Social Marketing Listserv for SMANA. Meghan is also principal of Green Motivate, where she assists organizations in designing and implementing environmental outreach programs with a goal of encouraging behavior change. With over fifteen years of experience in the environmental sustainability, education, and behavior change fields, Meghan specializes in research design and strategy, social marketing, and environmental communication. Meghan has volunteered with SMANA since its inception and values her work managing the listserv because she sees it as a key way to keep the worldwide social marketing community connected through the sharing of ideas, resources, and opportunities.

Sally McCaffrey (she/her/hers), Past SMANA External Affairs Committee Chair (Past SMANA Fundraising Committee Chair and Past SMANA Program Committee Member). As a born advocate with a commitment to social good, I was excited to learn about SMANA in 2017 when I attended my first World Social Marketing Conference. Since then I’ve been an active SMANA member and frequent volunteer. I love the camaraderie, working alongside passionate social marketers of all ages and backgrounds, plus the ample networking, leadership and learning opportunities. I appreciate being able to bring my deep and diverse marketing and communications experience to SMANA as we continue to grow and shape the field of social marketing.

Ramya Pucha (she/her/hers) is an international student who aims at understanding all perspectives, especially those of marginalized communities. She, with her sister, started an initiative, Project Bharati, with the goal of advancing girl education and providing undergraduates with education resources in India. The future of this project includes introducing a DEI curriculum best suited for the Indian environment. She works tirelessly to educate herself on her biases and consciously uses her privilege in making a difference. A believer in doing great things in a small way, she hopes her involvement with SMANA will allow her to be part of a big change in the world.

Rochelle Germano (she/her) a strategic communications and marketing leader with expertise in social marketing, brand development, thought-leadership, and human-centered design for clients and programs working to better communities. She uses data-driven processes that focus on outcomes, not outputs, and specialize in project management, audience analysis and market research, program advocacy, and behavior change strategies for lasting social impact. She has more than a decade of experience consulting for federal, state, local, and private clients, and recently moved to the DC area. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley and completed the Professional Certificate in Sustainability and Behavior Change from the University of California, San Diego.
