The Social Marketing Association of North America (SMANA) works closely with other social marketing associations to advance behavior change for social good around the world.
SMANA administers a jobs board in a private members-only LinkedIn group. Members please visit the group here. You will need a LinkedIn account to see the jobs and will require administrative approval to join the group.
Together with SMANA, these social marketing associations have developed guiding principles for the social marketing profession.

SMANA board member Jim Mintz passed away in 2019. To honor his legacy we have set up a memorial conference scholarship fund. Scholarships will be provided to various conferences. Check this page regularly for application updates.
Social Marketing Quarterly (SMQ) Journal
SMANA members receive a free subscription to Social Marketing Quarterly (SMQ), the longest-running, peer-reviewed journal in the social marketing field, as part of their member benefits. To access the subscription, visit Members-Only Resources. SMQ is an excellent resource and the flagship peer-reviewed journal for the field. Members can access the journal’s entire archive dating back to its establishment in 1994, including hundreds of peer-reviewed articles and notes from the field.
